What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How are your website packages billed?
All of our website packages are on auto recurring credit card billing. Your credit card will debit on or around the same time each month for hosting. If you cancel your services mid-month, your website will stay online until the end of your billing month. We do not offer prorated billing.

Can I change the hosting package that I am on?
Yes, at any time you can change the hosting package you are on. Simply call our office at (951) 371-9327 or send us an email to support@jellywebsites.com and we will update your account and send you a confirmation.

What is your cancelation policy?
If you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason, Jelly Websites will cancel your order and issue a full refund if cancellation is made within 72 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after 72 hours and during the next 7 days your project is in development Jelly Websites will refund you 50% of your order amount. If you cancel your order after the 7-day development period, you forfeit any amounts paid for development.

What will I owe if I cancel my program prior to my 24-month commitment?
If you ordered our Essential or Professional package, which are packages that include website development only, you will own the remainder of months left in the term. If you ordered the Enterprise or Elite packages, which include website development and marketing services, we will deduct the marketing services from the monthly fee, and you will own the difference for the remainder of the term. The reason there is a portion due, is because we take the website development cost and spread it over 24 months, therefore it is still owed.

Website Set-up & Design Options

Is this website created with a CMS portal so I can login and make changes myself?
Because we have found that clients find the "do-it-yourself" method overwhelming and limited we don’t offer that option unless the details of your project call for it. Your changes are sent directly to our development team who will add and modify your submitted information, so it looks amazing every time. The best part is that all you have to do is e-mail us your new information and we will make the change with 24-48 hours. You can e-mail your website changes or additions to support@jellywebsites.com.

What options will I have with your custom design direction?
The more information you submit to our developers, the more we have to create a unique design and copy. Please know that our websites are designed to keep viewers interested and engaged in your services. We don’t want them too wordy and long, just powerful enough that they are intrigued at what you do and your professional image to give you a call and learn more.

How do I send in website changes?
You can e-mail your website changes or additions to support@jellywebsites.com.

What can I change on the design?
You can send us new photos and copy. There is no limit, however, it will be placed on your website in an area on the design that is appropriate.

How long does it take for changes to go live?
After we get your submitted changes, they are live within 24-48 hours.

Do I own the website?
Yes, the website we design belongs you after it has been paid in full or you have full filled the 24 month commitment.

Hosting & E-Mail

Do you register a domain name for us?
When you order a website through Jelly Websites, your order includes 1 domain name (URL), which we will register for you. We will assist you with name choices and best practices for your domain name.

Can I purchase the domain that comes with my order?
If for any reason you cancel your services with us and wish to purchase the domain name, there will be a one-time transfer administration fee of $75. Domain purchases are not available with Power Pages.

Can I purchase additional domain names?
Yes, you can purchase as many additional domain names as you like at $25 per domain.

Do you host the website? Is there a separate fee?
Yes, we host all of the websites we create. If you prefer to use another host, we will be happy to send your website files to that host when your project is complete. The website development fee must be paid for prior to transferring.

Do you register an e-mail account for me?
Yes, all of our email hosting is provided through Microsoft Exchange and a separate fee will apply to set up your accounts. Contact our office to learn more.

Marketing and Using Outside Resources

Do you add elements to my website that gets it noticed with keyword search?
Yes, we add the necessary keywords to copy, titles, tags and descriptions to your website that best help with keyword search. However, your website is first and foremost a marketing and resource tool for your business. It is not designed with search engine optimization services nor is it guaranteed to gain specific keyword position with browsers when keyword search is done.

Can I add search engine content to further market my business?
Once your website is complete, you will have access to send us new copy at any time. We will make the necessary adjustments to maximize that copy for keyword search. If you order a blog website we will make sure it is set up to optimize the blog posts that get posted.
