Pared-down mobile websites.<\/strong> Instead of eliminating important features, prioritize which ones your mobile users need most and place those higher on your mobile page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pop-ups. <\/strong>Pop-ups, autoplay content, and other interrupting elements frustrate and annoy your website visitors. Instead, entice your users to opt into your content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competitors. <\/strong>When you mimic designs and content that you see on your competitors\u2019 websites, you don\u2019t set yourself above the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Too much copy. <\/strong>Use things like headings, images, and bulleted\/numbered lists to break up that content while using shorter paragraphs to embrace white space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press releases vs. blog posts. <\/strong>If your blog is filled with press releases<\/a>, there\u2019s a good chance that users won\u2019t want to read them. If there\u2019s a certain point you want to get across, a blog post is best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
